Pst Odou Matthew oyindoubra hails from Agbere Community in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

He was born at lagos on the 27th November 1972 into the families of chf and Mrs. Johnny odou all from Agbere Town Tambiri Quarters

He went to Army Children Primary School GRA Abeokuta in ogun state in southwsst Nigeria

He also attended Army school Abeokuta

He also attended River nun grammar school Agbere /odoni (1986-1988)
